This is a new element of our business, some of our clients have asked us to implement a “sign off” style inspection of completed civil works. We send out one of our engineers to assess the completed reinstatement for defects in-line with SROH & Hauc guidelines,
These audits are compiled into a report that the client can use prior to final sign off with a contractor, ensuring that any remedial works are completed prior to final payments being made. This ensures that our client will have apparatus that is safe and secure, has a maximum life-span and is at a minimal risk of local authority defect inspection failures.
